BOARD OF MANAGERS’ SPECIAL MEETING

March 8, 2010 – 8:00AM

CRANE LAKE CHAPEL FELLOWSHIP HALL

The special meeting began at 8:00AM.  The attendees were Managers Bill Congdon, Darrell Scott and Rob Scott. Managers Mark Anderson and Dave Adams and Clerk/Treasurer Jo Ann Pohlman were absent.

The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the USDA-RD proposed re-amortization offer of the District loan.

The February 22, 2010 letter from Colleen Landkamer of the USDA-RD regarding the Workout Plan Offer was reviewed.

A motion was made by B. Congdon, supported by D. Scott to accept the re-amortization offer as outlined in USDA-RD State Director Colleen Landkamer’s letter of February 22, 2010.  All voted in favor and the motion carried. The Chair will inform the State Director and follow up with a formal letter.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:30AM.
